The main part of the game is your ability to get the perfect rhythm. You must use the arrow keys to make your athlete run. If you press the keys at the right time, you will get a perfect stride bonus. A perfect rhythm will give you a lot of speed.
The game has many different races for you to play. In Sprints, you will run a short distance to test your speed. In Hurdles, you must run and jump over barriers at the right time. You must be very precise to not lose your speed.
You can also play Replay mode. This is a team relay race. You will work with your teammates to run four laps. Each runner is in charge of one lap. You must work together to win the race.
