Use power-ups: An Energy Drink can improve your shot. A Wide Trash Can gives you a larger target, while Fan Off removes unwanted airflow.
Adjust after misses: Do not repeat the same shot immediately. Look at where the paper landed and change your timing or angle.
The hardest moments come when several factors overlap. A narrow trash can, active fan, moving coworker, and limited paper can make one shot much harder than it looks.
The key is to solve the room before solving the shot. Small changes in timing can completely change the result.
